Kathleen Mulhall is a Licensed Master’s Level Social Worker at the agency.  She earned a Master’s in Social Work at the University of Connecticut School of Social Work in West Hartford, Connecticut.  Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut in 2018.

Kathleen worked as a Preschool Teacher for the Easter Seals organization in Connecticut from 2018 to 2020, where she was primary provider for a group of children, managed behavioral modification, and collaborated with parents, administration, and mental health collaboratives.  Kathleen has worked as a Psychiatric Technician in Crisis Services at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, Connecticut since 2020, where she conducts patient intakes, performs ongoing observations and assessments of patient response to treatment, and collaborates with healthcare professionals involved in care.  Kathleen is CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Certified and volunteers for MSYCOPE, a semester long mentoring program for at-risk students in the Mansfield area.

Kathleen works with children, adolescents and adults at the agency that present with mental health and substance use issues.
