Individual counseling is available for all ages.  Individual counseling sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length.  Issues addressed in individual counseling include, but are not limited to, relationship issues, parenting, family reunification, developmental and intellectual disabilities, ADHD, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, grief/loss, transitions, divorce, co-parenting, blended family issues, anger, stress, emotion regulation, bipolar, mood disorders, personality disorders, co-occurring disorders and substance use.

Couples counseling is available for two individuals who wish to work on issues that affect their relationship.  These issues include, but are not limited to, finances, parenting, intimacy, infidelity and transitions.  When couples counseling occurs, one individual is billed for the service, either through insurance company or through fee for service.

Family counseling is available for any family dynamics.  These include intact families, blended and step families, grandparents raising children, and other dynamics.  When family counseling occurs, one individual is billed for the service, either through their insurance company or through fee for service.
