Jill Duboff-Jacomini is an Advanced Practicing Registered Nurse. She is a Psychiatric Nurse at the agency. She earned her diploma in Nursing from Saint Francis Hospital School of Nursing in Hartford, Connecticut, a master’s degree in Counseling from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut in 1983 and her master’s degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from the University of Connecticut Graduate School of Nursing in Storrs, Connecticut in 1989.
Jill completed Dialectical Behavioral Training in 1996 and Level I and II of EMDR in 1997. She worked at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center as a psychiatric nurse on the inpatient unit from 1981 to 1988. She worked at the Institute of Living in Hartford, Connecticut on the adolescent unit from 1988 to 1989. Jill then worked at Waterbury Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut as an Inpatient Clinical Supervisor from 1989 to 1994, a Clinical Group Supervisor in the Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospital Programs, and as an Assistant Patient Care Manager from 1994 to 2014. Jill began working at UCONN in the outpatient psychiatric clinic in 2014 and continues to work there currently.
Jill works with children, adolescents and adults. She provides medication management for mental health and co-occurring disorders. Jill provides Suboxone to clients who attend relapse prevention group weekly.
