Suzanne Jacob-Muccino is a Licensed Master’s Level Social Worker and a Clinician at the agency. She earned a master’s degree in Human Services in 2009 from Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut and a master’s degree in Social Work from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC in 2018.
Suzanne completed a practicum for her master’s in Human Services at Carolyn’ Place in Waterbury, Connecticut where she worked with women receiving pregnancy care in 2009 and at Prime Home Network in Cheshire, Connecticut in 2009 where she provided counseling services. She worked as a special education paraprofessional in the Waterbury Public School system from 2011 to 2015. Suzanne completed an internship for her master’s in Social Work at Connecticut Junior Republic in Litchfield, Connecticut in 2016 and at St. Mary’s Hospital Outpatient Behavioral Health from 2017 to 2018.
Suzanne was a Care Manager at Western CT Area Agency on Aging in 2019 and a Clinician at Wellmore Behavioral Health in the IICAPS program from 2019 to 2020, where she worked with individuals and families in the home providing intensive treatment.
Suzanne works with children, adolescents and adults providing services for mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
