Beata Wypasek is a Licensed Master’s Level Social Worker and bilingual English/Polish Clinician at the agency.  Beata obtained a bachelor’s in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut in May of 2015.  She obtained a master’s in Social Work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service in West Harrison, New York in May of 2016.

Beata worked at the Alpha Community Services YMCA in Bridgeport, Connecticut from 2012 to 2014, where she provided case management services, crisis intervention and referral resources for families in a 60-90 day emergency shelter, while also assisting clients with permanent affordable housing options.

Beata completed a social work internship for her bachelor’s degree at the Connecticut Partnership for Children, Inc. in Seymour, Connecticut from 2014 to 2015, where she conducted in-home intake assessments with clients for basic needs and developed and implemented fundraising events.  She completed a social work internship for her master’s degree at Bridges in Bridgeport, Connecticut from 2015 to 2016, where she conducted biopsychosocial assessments with diagnostic interviewing, provided individual and group psychotherapy, completed treatment and discharge planning and assisted clients with community resource connection.

Beata Wypasek is a bilingual Clinician and provides services in English and Polish to children, adolescents and adults with mental health and co-occurring diagnoses.
